Perused the application. There is delay of 618 days caused in bringing the legal representative of deceased sole appellant on record. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application. Considering the period of delay and the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not
