Learned Advocate Mr. A.M. Gaikwad and learned Advocate Mr. Ruturaj Patil appearing for acquiring body - appellants are present. Learned Advocate Mr. Sachin Patil instructed by learned Advocate Mr. A.D. Hande is present on behalf of respondents - claimants in F.A. No.3043 of 2016 & F.A. No.2205 of 2017. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. A.M. Phule is present on behalf of the respondent - State.

Learned Advocates for the appellants have instructions from their client to withdraw the respective appeals. The said instructions are in writing and, therefore, it is taken on record. Both of them submit that though the client has made submission that the decision in State of Maharashtra Vs. Kailash Shiva Rangari [2016(4) ALL MR 513 (F.B.)] should be placed at the time of compromise, yet, that case is not applicable and there would be a simple withdrawal.

Taking into consideration the said statement, the appellants are allowed to withdraw the respective appeals. Pending civil applications, if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
