The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 4.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page No. 19) is pending with respondent no. 4, then respondent no. 4 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and
