Upon mentioning, the matter is taken on board. 2.

This praecipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.2350 of 2024 in FAST/34729/2022, dated 01.03.2024. Actually, it is not speaking to the minutes of the order, it is the modification to clause No.3 of the said order. When the Court passed order, a share of the minor was directed to be deposited in fixed deposit. The statement was erroneously made that he was minor though he was already major. 3.

Now, the learned counsel for the applicant without mentioning anything in circulation note submits that he is now 23 and is doing agricultural work.

Therefore, clause (iii) of the order dated 01.03.2024 is modified and stands deleted and it should be covered under clause (ii) of the said order.

The motion stands disposed of.
