Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The similarly situated co-accused have been released on bail. Hence, the applicants deserve parity. Thus, the order :- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Nos. (1) Golu @ Sidhart s/o. Vilas Ingole and (2) Vilas s/o. Namdeo Ingole, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.67 of 2022, registered with Goregaon Police Station, Taluka Sengaon, District Hingoli, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on the conditions that (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) They shall not contact with the parents of the deceased and so-called eyewitnesses to the incident, till the conclusion of the trial.
