The learned Counsel for the respondent has filed an undertaking in relation to the arrears of monthly maintenance. The undertaking is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In the undertaking the respondent has stated that he is ready and willing to pay amount of arrears of monthly maintenance in six installments and he be permitted to deposit the amount of arrears in Criminal M.A. No.86 of 2017 pending in the Court of JMFC, Khultabad.

In view of the undertaking, present petition is disposed of with following directions :- (i) The respondent shall deposit first installment before 31st December, 2021 and rest of the installments every month thereafter.

( 2 ) crwp164.19 (ii)After deposit of the amount, the concerned Court shall permit the petitioner to withdraw the said amount.
