After hearing for some time by consent of the parties, by way of stop gap arrangement, the following order is passed. 02.

Since there are disputed questions of facts raised before this Court it would be proper that the petitioner-husband shall deposit Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) in the Family Court within six weeks from today, to be withdrawn by the respondent-wife without any formal application.

The parties to appear before the Family Court with fresh material for settlement of their dispute.

04.

The matter shall be settled by the Family Court within four weeks after the amount is deposited in the Family Court.

Till then the Family Court shall not pass any order against the petitioner-husband taking coercive action.
