Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants are young boys. Though they had a sharp weapons, that they did assault with blunt side of the weapons. The injured has been discharged on the next date of the incident. The weapons allegedly used in the crime have also been seized. Considering the cause of dispute and the completion of the

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.774 of 2022, registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offence punishable under Section 341, 141, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 326, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigation officer on written notice till filing of the charge sheet.
