Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 7 days in filing an application for restoration of Second Appeal which has been dismissed for non removal of office objections on 01.11.2023. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within a period of three weeks from today. The reasons assigned for condonation of delay appears to be bona fide. Therefore, delay of 7 days is hereby condoned on condition that the applicant shall remove office objections on or before 18.04.2024. 4.

Accordingly, application is disposed of.
