The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 15-01-2025 passed by the learned CJSD, Jalna on application below Exh.47 in suit No. 461/2024. The petitioner- original defendant by way of application prayed for direction to the respondents to produce on record the original documents from the office of the Tahasildar, Jalna. The documents/record is mentioned in the petition.

The learned CJSD passed the order only directing the petitioner to obtain the certified copies of those documents. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that the court below has neither allowed the application nor rejected the application by the impugned order.

This court finds that the petition is misconceived as though, the court has not used the wording that the application is rejected but it is clear from the wording that applicant to obtain certified copies of the concerned documents. This court does not find any reason to call for interference. It is open for the applicant to obtain the certified copies of the documents on which he want to rely. The petition is therefore, dismissed as misconceived.
