1] The present Writ Petition arises out of the interim order dated 10.12.2014 passed by Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner, below Exh.19 in Regular Civil Suit No.483/2011, thereby the application for appointment of Court Commissioner is rejected. There is no stay granted in this matter.

2] It appears from the official website that Regular Civil Suit No.483/2011 is disposed of on merits, by order dated 08.05.2018. Considering the same, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition, as such, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
