Present Petition has been filed for direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to decide the application dated 31st July 2024 and other applications within a stipulated period. Then the other reliefs have also been claimed for taking strict action against the police officers of Chakur Police Station, District-Latur and the compensation to be paid to the petitioner.

Learned APP is producing the communication by S.D.P.O., Chakur, dated 5th February 2025 to District Superintendent of Police, Latur, which is marked as Exhibit-X and thereby it is

cwp-112.25 stated that the application dated 31st July 2024 has been disposed of.

As the application of the petitioner has been disposed of and the copy of Exhibit-X has been given today to the petitioner's Advocate, the Petitioner would be at liberty to take any legal action, as permissible and therefore, this Writ Petition need not be kept pending.
