1] Heard. Perused the petition. The petition can be disposed of at the admission stage.

2] The petitioner's tribe claim is pending before the Schedule Tribe Caste Certificate Verification Committee, Aurangabad for more than two years. Because of this pendency, the petitioners promotion as Headmaster is getting late. The grievance is that, his juniors are getting promoted.
