Present civil application is filed by the petitioner for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 3 on record. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the proceedings, respondent No. 3 has expired on 08.12.2023. Therefore, the application is filed for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 3 i.e. respondent No. 3-A and 3-B on record. 2.

After issuance of notice, respondents No. 3-A and 3-B are served as per Bailiff Report.

In view of service to respondents No. 3-A and 3-B, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and petitioner to take necessary steps to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 3 on record by way of amendment within a period of two weeks.
