This is an application for modification of the order dt. 20/12/2013.

Mr N. C. Garud, learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, this Court allowed the claimants to withdraw 50% of the amount on submitting solvent security/surety. However, it is not possible for the claimants to give such security or surety, the applicants be allowed to withdraw the said amount on an undertaking. The applicants are not getting the fruits of the award passed in their favour.

I have considered the submissions made. Considering the factual matrix of the matter and the order passed in the matter on 20/12/2013. The present request cannot be considered. 4.
