PER COURT:- 1.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that within a period of three months the Committee would decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner.

The petitioner is admitted from the reserved category.

Considering the above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

i.

The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 02.12.2019.

(2) 62-wp-1540-2018 ii.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

iii. The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

iv.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
