The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the scheme application bearing no. 36 of 2016 under Section 50-A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 for framing of claim is filed on 05.12.2016, however, the same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

In case the scheme application bearing no. 36 of 2016, filed by the petitioner under Section 50-A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 is pending with the respondent, the respondent shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (9) months from today.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the civil application also stands disposed of.
