The learned Advocate for the petitioners sought a pass over to take instructions.

When the matter was called out after passing over, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners would approach the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. He requests that this entire petition paper-book, inclusive of affidavits in reply filed, be transferred to the Tribunal at Aurangabad. They further pray that the learned Tribunal be requested to decide the proceedings expeditiously as most of the petitioners are above 75 years of age and some of them are even above 80 years of age.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off from the file of this Court.

The Registry is directed to transfer this petition paper book, inclusive of the affidavits in-reply, to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad, expeditiously.

The litigating parties shall appear before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad, on 10th December, 2021. 6.
