Heard the parties.

This application is for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeals by the claimants whose lands are acquired by the respondents for enhancement of the amount of compensation.

Since the applicants have valuable right and for the

(3) reasons stated in the application, the applicants pray for allowing the application.

The learned AGP vehemently opposed the application. The learned AGP has also filed a reply. 5.

Considering that the applicants are the persons who have lost their lands in acquisition proceedings this court is inclined to allow the applications. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

a] The delay stands condoned.

b] The applications stand allowed subject to depositing the cost of Rs.2500/- each to be deposited in the office of Library of Bar Association of this court.

c] With this, the applications stand disposed off.
