In view of our order dated 12th August 2025, the learned APP has got instructions and he places for our perusal, the papers of investigation, wherein it is stated that the inquiry has been completed and no substance has been found in the complaint. Upon query, the investigating officer i.e. SubDivisional Police Officer, Akkalkuwa Sub-Division, DistrictNandurbar gives it in writing that the complaint applications those were filed against the petitioner Bank, have been disposed of and in case of the pending applications they will not call the

cwp-114.25 officers of the petitioner Bank. The said letter dated 26th August 2025, is taken on record by marking as Exhibit-X. 2.

Here, though the petitioner had prayed for direction for appointment of the higher rank IPS Officer to conduct in-depth detail inquiry, it can be seen that already when allegations were made in respect of the Atrocities Act, the inquiry has been conducted by the Dy.S.P. rank officer and he has found that there is no substance in those complaint applications. Under such circumstance, the prayers cannot be granted. We had observed the same in our order dated 12th August 2025 also. Only concern was in respect of the complaint by the petitioner that the employees of the petitioner Bank are harassed under the pretext of preliminary inquiry. In that connection, now Exhibit-X has been given which will serve the purpose. 3.

In view of these happenings, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
