Order :-

1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to oversight legible copies of the documents as directed under order dated 04-12-2015 had not been filed within stipulated period. Under the circumstances the second appeal had been dismissed for want of non removal of office objections. He further submits that office objections would be removed as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from today. 2.

Having regard to the contents of the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of. 3.
