The petitioner is aggrieved by the common order passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amalner, Jalgaon, below Exhibit 231 and 239 in Special Civil Suit No. 72 of 2011. 2.

Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and after perusal of grounds raised in the writ petition, annexures and the impugned order, this Court is of the opinion that the Trial Court has rightly passed the impugned order. 3.

Defendants have filed certain documents which were demanded by the plaintiff after their cross examination was over. The Trial Court has granted permission to cross examine the Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 914-WP-2690-2023 defendants only in respect of documents produced after their cross examination is over.

The permission granted by the Trial Court cannot be faulted with. There is no illegality or perversity in the order impugned in the present petition. No case is made to exercise extra ordinary writ jurisdiction. The writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
