The petitioner is challenging the interim order dated 19/01/2023, in Appeal No.2-A / 2023, passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the appeal itself is not maintainable at the instance of the respondents and consequently an interim order is passed by the Tribunal is without jurisdiction. All these issues can be more appropriately dealt with before the Tribunal. 2.

I am informed that the matter is listed today before the Tribunal. The parties to cooperate with the Tribunal to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

The learned Tribunal to consider all the objections raised by the petitioner, so also all contentions made by the respondents and the appeal be decided as expeditiously as possible and within a period of six months from today. Needless to mention that, the observations made in this order are prima facie in nature which shall have no bearing on the appeal before the Tribunal. 4.
