This is an Application for correction of surname of Applicant No.2.2 Ragini Prakash Birajdar. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that in view of death of the original claimant Haridas Sakharam Salunkhe, his legal representatives were brought on record pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.12.2024. She submits that, due to typographical error, the surname "Biradar" came to be typed as "Birajdar". She submits that the Application be allowed.
