The record clearly shows that the present appellant-applicant has admitted that he was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident. Besides this, the certified copy of the FIR and the chargesheet also reveal that he was driving the vehicle.

The issue, as to who is the owner of the vehicle, would be a different issue, with which the present appellant/applicant is not concerned. 4.
In the circumstances, finding that there is no arguable case in the appeal itself, the present
CA-2197-2015 application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, is hereby dismissed.
