Mr. R.S.Deshmukh holding for Mr. T.M.Venjane, learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions of the petitioners, submits that the petitioners do not wish to proceed with the present Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 3 is suffering from blood cancer and, therefore, he would not be able to remain present on 11/02/2016, on which date the case is fixed for framing Charge.

In these circumstances, on that date, if any application for personal exemption on behalf of petitioner No. 3 is filed in the Sessions Court, the Sessions Court is requested to consider the same sympathetically.

With these observations, present Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
