By way of this Contempt Petition, the petitioner is raising grievance that the order passed by this Court on 03.04.2018 is not complied with.

It is submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court, the petitioner has filed appeal before the Committee and, the Committee was expected to decide the appeal within stipulated period of four weeks. Inspite of the directions of this Court, the appeal is pending before the Committee. Notice was issued by this Court on 06.03.2019.

Learned AGP, on instructions from the Committee, makes a statement before this Court that the Committee has scheduled hearing of appeal on 10.04.2019 and, after hearing, the Committee would decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible, not later
