The Civil Application is moved for early hearing for the reasons set out in detail in the application. The applicant challenged concurrent decisions rendered by the Courts below. The learned counsel for respondent opposed the application on the ground that earlier applications were rejected by this Court seeking same relief. It is submitted that the issue in respect of applicability of amended provisions of Hindu Succession Act, 2005 as to its applicability prospective or retrospective has been referred for consideration to the Larger Bench. Liberty granted to

2 961 - C.A. 3653.2019 in S.A. 657.2015 the applicant to move the Court after the issue is decided by the Apex Court.
