The mother of the 17 years old daughter has prayed for writ of habeas corpus to produce her daughter namely Roshni Ajaysing Thakur @ Rajput in person before this Court.

It is alleged that petitioner's daughter has been eloped by an unknown person. As per the directions of this Court, the daughter was produced before the Vacation Court on 25th May, 2023. She was remanded to the Women's Shelter Home till 29th May, 2023. On 29th May, 2023, she was again produced before this Court and as per her

Cri.W.P.182.2023.odt request and the request of the petitioner, she was handed over to the petitioner.

Today, the victim girl is present in the Court. She has no complaint of harassment on the part of her mother and the family members. She is willing to reside with her parents. The very purpose of filing of this writ petition is served.
