CORAM :

A.I.S. CHEEMA, J.

DATED :

22nd July, 2016.

1.

Heard counsel for petitioner and learned A.P.P. Perused farad sheet and various orders passed by this Court. It appears that, the petitioner is protracting the matter by not taking prompt steps. Only where default orders are passed, steps are being taken. Today also the learned counsel is standing and saying that time be given for him to take steps to serve the respondent No.2. There is no justification. The petition in fact deserves to be dismissed in default. However, one chance is given subject to payment of costs of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand) within one week. In default, the petition shall stand dismissed. On payment of costs, the petitioner shall take necessary steps to ensure service on respondent No.2 within three weeks thereafter. (A.I.S.
