Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. 2.

By the present application, the applicant (original claimant) is seeking restoration of Civil Application for condonation of delay filed in First Appeal Stamp No. 27947 / 2015, registration of which was refused by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, vide order dated 27-1-2015 due to non-removal of office objections.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he will

As such, the Civil Application filed for condonation of delay in filing First Appeal Stamp No. 27947/2015 is restored. Delay of 2 days caused in filing the present Application is condoned. The order dated 271-2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration is set aside, subject to condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today. In case, office objections are removed within two weeks from today, office to register the Civil Application for condonation of delay in First Appeal Stamp No. 27947/2015. 5.
