By Order dated 8th February, 2019 this Court issued simple notice to the respondents, making the same returnable on 5th April, 2019. Learned Counsel Mr. Mathpati, appearing for petitioners, submits that in pursuance of issuance of the simple notice to the respondents, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with, and, as such, the grievance of the petitioners no more survives and prays for withdrawal of the petition. 2.

In view of above, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
