Heard the learned Counsel appearing for applicants. 2.

By the present application, the applicants (original claimants) are seeking restoration of Civil Application for condonation of delay filed in First Appeal Stamp No. 25851 / 2014, registration of which was refused by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, vide order dated 23-12-2014 due to non-removal of office objections.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that he will remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

As such, the Civil Application filed for condonation of delay in filing First Appeal Stamp No. 25851/2014 is restored. Delay of 37 days caused in filing the present Application is condoned. The order dated 2312-2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration is set aside, subject to condition that the applicants remove all office objections within two weeks from today. In case, office objections are removed within two weeks from today, office to register the Civil Application for condonation of delay in First Appeal Stamp No. 25851/2014. 5.

Present Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms. ( A.M. BADAR ) JUDGE ................................
