In both these applications, the applicant has prayed for a regular appointment as a Full Time Peon with arrears and all benefits consequential to the notification of the Maharashtra Government.

Writ Petition No.3220/1995 is pending final hearing. Ends of justice would be met by hearing the petition finally rather than entertaining a civil application, which was filed on 11/09/2001 and 06/02/2009 and kept pending.
