Contention of the Petitioner is that the order of the Additional Divisional Commissioner dated 03-11-2018 in ROR/REV/147 of 2018 under Section 257 of the MLR Code, is in favour of the Petitioner. Respondent No.4-Tahasildar, Udgir, has to deal with the representation made by the Petitioner dated 30-05-2023.

The learned AGP submits that in Writ Petition No.

(2) 933wp2834.24 11849/2014, this court has passed an order, by which, Committees has been formulated at the Divisional and District levels for catering to the requirements/demands as like the demand putforth by the Petitioner.

In view of above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.4 to look into the representation of the Petitioner dated 30-05-2023. If the issue raised by the Petitioner is to be referred to a particular Committee, the Tahasildar will accordingly forward the papers to the said Committee and simultaneously address a letter to the Petitioner indicating to him that the proceedings have been remitted to a particular Committee. Such letter should be delivered to the Petitioner within 15 days from the date of the decision of the Tahasildar.
