Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that though Crime bearing No. 0829 of 2019 was registered in the year 2019 with Tofkhana Police Station, Ahmednagar, however, charge sheet came to be fled in November 2020, about which, the applicants had no knowledge. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that even summons of the said case were not served upon the applicants till fling of this application. This application is fled for amendment to the main application seeking quashing of the proceedings in view of the

{2} fling of charge sheet during pendency of the main application seeking quashing of the First Information Report. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No.456 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
