The petitioner prays for scrutinizing and processing her pension proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law and in the light of her last drawn. Further, the benefits of gratuity, leave encashment and the last three months' unpaid salary, are also sought.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the request of the petitioner vide the representations dated 27.12.2022 and 10.01.2023, would be considered within a period of three months.
