The Petitioner is armed with a judgment and decree of the competent Civil Court dated 01.02.2016 in Regular Civil Suit No.243 of 2008. Attempts to get the names entered in the revenue record were rendered futile by the revenue authorities, is the submission of the Petitioner. Several applications were filed. An exhaustive application dated 30.08.2021 was also filed. Respondent No.4 Gramsevak, is not acting on the same.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:

(a) Respondent No.4 shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and deal with the said application dated 30.08.2021.

918wp2349-22 (b) In the event, any stakeholders are involved in the matters, he shall issue notice to all of them, cause an appropriate hearing in accordance with the procedure applicable and conclude this matter in terms of the provisions of law, within sixty days from today.
