Petitioner has already tendered representation to the Collector on 04.12.2015 for redressal of his grievance in respect of allotment of tenament under Indira Awas Yojana. It also appears that the Collector has called report from the Project Director on 11.12.2015 however, no decision appears to have been taken thereafter.

In the circumstances, writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate decision on the representation tendered by petitioner on 04.12.2015 and, issue necessary instructions, if necessary, considering the merits of the proposal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.
