Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Notice was issued to the respondents by order dated 8th February, 2019. Though it was stated in the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No.4 and 5 that the answering respondents are duty bound to obey the orders of this Court and are ready with the amount of Rs. 50,000/- by way of Demand Draft No. 950510 (State Bank of India, Branch Paradh) and then it was prayed that rest of the amount be permitted to be deposited by way of installments, but, today learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent

(3) No.4 and 5 makes a statement that the entire amount to the tune of Rs.3,78,796/- is paid to the petitioner. This amount is also referred to in a tabular form statement annexed to the petition at page No.47.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner admits the statement made on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 that the amount raised is paid to the petitioner.

As the order is complied with, the contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the management is also required to pay professional tax amount which is recovered from the petitioner. Learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submitted that respondent No.4 and 5 are ready and willing to pay professional tax amount of Rs.1800/- to the petitioner within four weeks. The statement is

(4) accepted as an undertaking to this Court. No further orders are required to be passed. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
