This Court by order 18.11.2015 disposed of the writ petition by allowing the application Exh.115 pending before the Trial Court subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/-(Rs. Ten Thousand) to be deposited in the Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of the order.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, on account of death of the family member of the applicant, costs could not be deposited within time as directed by this Court. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent has strongly resisted the application.

In view of this, the applicant is permitted to deposit the said amount of Rs.10,000/- before the Trial Court within a period of two weeks, from today.
