ORDER:

Mr Sunil M. Vibhute, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the father and real sister's claim is validated. The petitioner has appeared for final year B.Tech. Examination. His result is withheld. The validation proceeding is still pending. 2.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Respondent No. 4 - Committee shall complete the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

2 Sr986WP1541.2018 The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 13.04.2018. The respondents No. 2 and 3 shall issue mark-sheet to the petitioner of the examination he has appeared, however, shall not issue the degree certificate unless and until the validity is produced. 3.
