The civil application has been preferred for amendment of the petition and for adding liquidator of Jalna Sahkari Sakhar Karkhana and M/s Arjun Sugar Industries Pvt. Ltd. as party respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose the civil application as during the pendency of proceedings the Jalna S. S. K. Ltd. who was earlier impleaded through its Managing Director has gone into liquidation and, therefore, it is necessary that the liquidator is made party to the proceeding.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one (01) week from today. The civil application is disposed of.
