Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate of Mannervarlu (Scheduled Tribe), however, there was spell mistake in the certificate. The petitioner has applied for supply of corrected certificate and has also surrendered the original certificate with incorrect name of tribe on 12.01.2017, however, the Sub Divisional Officer, Kinwat has not yet issued the corrected tribe certificate.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice

2 wp 1542.18 for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, the Sub Divisional Officer, Kinwat would take appropriate steps. 3.

The Sub Divisional Officer, Kinwat was required to issue corrected tribe certificate upon the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling being received by him immediately. 4.

The Sub Divisional Officer Kinwat shall on verifying the genuineness of the original tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner, issue the corrected tribe certificate within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
