We have perused the judgment and order passed by the trial Court. According to us, this is not a fit case for enlarging the accused on bail since there is a direct evidence of the victim in respect of the burn injuries sustained by her at the instance of the accused. The application, being devoid of substance, stands rejected. However, office is directed to ensure preparation of the paper book within six weeks from today. After preparation of the paper book, the appeal be listed for final hearing.
