In spite of service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. Learned A.P.P. objects the application for condonation of delay. It is, however, informed that, in connected matter, delay has been condoned. In view of the same, this civil application is allowed. Delay condoned. Appeal be registered. However, the applicant/ appellant shall not be entitled for component of interest for the delayed period of 2334 days in case he succeeds in the appeal.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents returnable on 11th February 2022. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent No.1.
