The petitioner has remedy under the provisions of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, more particularly, Section 5. The contention of the petitioner is that he has filed application with the Tahsildar on 7.4.2014. The petitioner shall appear before the Tahsildar with necessary particulars as are required U/s 7 and may amend his application in that fashion. Thereafter, the Mamlatdar concerned having jurisdiction shall proceed with the said application in accordance with the provisions of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act and decide it expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
