We have carefully perused the contents of the letter written by the District Collector, Latur to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur on 18.12.2017. This Public Interest Litigation (for short the PIL) has been immediately filed in the month of January-2018. We are not inclined to entertain this PIL. However, it will be open for the petitioner to pursue the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad as well as District Collector, Latur for the grievance raised in this PIL. With the above observations, this PIL stands disposed of.
