Heard Mr Murkute learned Advocate for petitioner and learned A.G.P.

The petitioner is challenging the order of transfer dated 4.12.2019. In fact, it appears that the petitioner is relieved in June 2019. The order is issued to the petitioner on 4.12.2019 directing the petitioner to join at Kallamnuri, District Hingoli instead of Beed. 3.

The petitioner had challenged the said order before the Tribunal. The Tribunal did not grant interim order and posted the matter on 17.2.2020 for final disposal.

The order of posting is already issued to the petitioner on 5.12.2019. The same is in force since the said date. It is further submitted that since 4.12.2019, the petitioner is not serving at any place. As the matter is already pending before the Tribunal and final notice has been issued and the matter is kept on 17.2.2020, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction.
