This Contempt Petition is fled for non compliance of the orders dated 12/04/2022 and 24/11/2022 passed by this Court in P.I.L No.55/2021.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner fairly submits that, initially, the Petitioner had fled Contempt Petition No.181/2024 for non compliance of the said orders and in view of his statement that, the orders were complied with, the said Contempt Petition was disposed of vide order dated 11/07/2024.

When the Petitioner had made a categorical statement that, the orders were complied with, this Court disposed of the Contempt Petition. Now, the subsequent Contempt Petition for compliance of very same orders cannot be entertained and hence, the same stands disposed of.
